For over 40 years, Marlborough Greenhouses has been a wholesale supplier of bulbs and stunning bulb gardens to FTD florists and numerous well-known gardening catalogs like Gardner’s Supply Company. When the business’s longtime owners decided to retire last year, employee Annette Novak seized the opportunity to buy it and worked with SBW to obtain financing including an SBA 7a term loan for the business acquisition and an SBA-504 commercial mortgage loan to acquire the real estate.
