Free Community Cookout Before Season’s Final Concert On The Green in Walpole
Savings Bank of Walpole is inviting the community to a free Community Cookout on Sunday, August 16, before the final performance of the 2026 SBW Concerts on The Green Summer Series.
The cookout will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM on the Walpole Town Common and will be followed by a performance by the East Bay Jazz Ensemble from 6:00–7:30 PM. Both events will be held rain or shine.
The Community Cookout is the Bank’s way of thanking the customers, neighbors, and communities it proudly serves while celebrating another successful season of Concerts on The Green.
“One of the best parts of summer is people getting together,” said SBW President Mark Bodin. “We’re excited to share a meal with our community before enjoying a wonderful evening of live music on the Common.”
The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair and stay for the concert following the cookout.
