What is the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the CRA Public File and it’s Contents?
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is a federal law designed to encourage insured financial
institutions to help meet the credit and community development needs of all income levels of their
communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

List of Products, Services, Fees and Alternative Delivery Methods
A list of services (loan and deposit products and fees) generally offered at the Banks branches and description of material differences in the availability or cost of services at particular branches, if any.

Opened and Closed Branches
Branches opened or closed by the Bank during the current year and each of the prior two years.

Written Public Comments
View written comments received from the public for the current year, and each of the two prior calendar years, that specifically relate to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs, and response to the comments by the bank.
