Access your SBW Tax Documents faster, reduce paper mail, and keep everything securely in one place with electronic delivery.
To receive your 2025 Tax Documents electronically, please update your delivery preferences in Online Banking by January 12. Your Tax Documents will be available beginning January 31.

How to enroll:
- Log in to Online Banking or use the SBW mobile app.
- Select the Services Menu, then Statements & Notices.
- You’ll need to accept the Terms & Conditions for Electronic Delivery of Statements and/or Notices.
Please note:
By accepting the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Delivery of Statements and/or Notices, you will be enrolled to receive your 2025 SBW tax documents electronically. You can update your statement preferences, on any of your accounts, at any time.
Even if you already receive statements electronically, you’ll still need to confirm that you’d like to receive Tax Documents electronically, as well. The next time you access eStatements, you’ll be prompted to acknowledge an updated agreement reflecting this service.
