So that our employees can spend the holidays with their families, all SBW offices will be closed on the following dates and/or times:
- Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24 – All offices will close at 1pm
- Christmas Day, Friday, December 25 –All offices will be closed
- New Year’s Eve, Thursday, December 31 – All offices will close at 3pm
- New Year’s Day, Friday, January 1 – All offices will be closed
In addition, please be mindful of changes to our same-day transaction processing times during the holidays:
On Christmas Eve, the cutoff time for mobile and branch deposits will be 1pm; the cutoff time for ATM transactions will be 3pm; and the cutoff time for loan payments and transfers from external accounts, ACH, wire transfers, positive pay and remote deposit will be 12pm.
On New Year’s Eve, the cutoff time for mobile and branch deposits will be 3pm; the cutoff time for ATM transactions will be 3pm; and the cutoff time for loan payments and transfers from external accounts, ACH, wire transfers, positive pay and remote deposit will be 2pm.
