Savings Bank of Walpole is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Julianna Dodson, Dr. Tae Kwon, Mr. Mark Rebillard, and Ms. Gail Somers as locally based Corporators for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB). They were recently confirmed by vote at NHMB’s Annual Meeting.
Julianna Dodson is the Executive Director of the Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship in Keene, NH. Originally from South Carolina, she has lived across the U.S. and moved to Westmoreland, NH, in 2017. After beginning her career teaching English overseas, she worked in finance while running a small business for a decade. Since joining the Center in 2021, she has advanced from Director of Radically Rural to Executive Director in 2024, now overseeing HR, finance, operations, and programming, while also leading a Brownfields economic development committee and volunteering with local nonprofits.
Dr. Tae Kwon, DDS, MMSc, earned his dental degree from the University of Toronto and completed his periodontology specialty and master’s at Harvard, where he received the Hanley D. Epstein Award for clinical and academic excellence.
He lectures part-time at Harvard and has presented at top dental schools including Tufts, Michigan, and PENN.
Mark Rebillard is the owner of Deep Roots Massage & Bodywork in Keene, NH, where he’s grown the business from 4 to 28 employees. He founded Deep Roots Offshoots, a nonprofit offering massage therapy to underserved populations, and also teaches at River Valley Community College. An active community leader, he chairs the Keene Downtown Group and the Keene Ice & Snow Festival Committee.
Gail Somers has lived in Keene, NH, since 2013 and brings over 15 years of finance experience, including leadership roles at C&S Food Wholesalers and ECDC Refugee Resettlement Vermont. She holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, dual bachelor’s degrees from Villanova, and is completing her executive doctorate at Pace University. A dedicated social justice advocate, Gail has led DEI initiatives at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and the Keene YMCA. She runs a successful accounting consultancy, co-founded Yahso Jamaican Grille, and recently founded the Keene Multicultural Center.

A Corporator’s most important responsibility is the election of highly qualified people to act as members of NHMB’s Board of Trustees and act on any bylaw changes that come before them.
