Baron, Caserta, and Florenz Named NHMB Corporators By Savings Bank Of Walpole

Keene, NH – Savings Bank of Walpole is pleased to announce the appointment of Elana Baron, Caitlin Caserta and Alona Florenz as Corporators for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB). They were recently confirmed by vote at NHMB’s Annual Meeting.

Elana Baron is an attorney with Bragdon, Baron & Kossayda, PC located in Keene, NH. She is licensed to practice law in NH, VT and MA and has substantial experience in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, probate and elder law, landlord-tenant law, collections and foreclosures, and corporate law. Elana has earned the professional certification of Certified Estate Planner.

Caitlin Caserta is the co-owner of Walpole Valley Farms, The Hungry Diner, and The Inn at Valley Farms, all located in Walpole. A native of the area, Caitlin attended Keene State College and Université Rennes II in France earning degrees in Communications and French. After teaching French at local schools for a few years, Caitlin and her husband Chris decided to start a small farm in 2006 that focused on pasture-raised and grass-fed meats and eggs.

Alona Florenz is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Financial Planning & Analysis for C&S Wholesale Grocers where she is responsible for deal analytics, including mergers and acquisitions, new customer opportunities and long-range financial planning. Alona earned a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
