Retail Team Promotions and Expanded Leadership Roles

Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is proud to announce several promotions within its Retail Banking team, reflecting the Bank’s continued growth and its commitment to developing employees from within.

Recently promoted team members include:

Lisa Bierweiler‑Franks who has assumed an expanded role as Regional Vice President, now overseeing the Marlboro Street, Court Street, and both Walpole branches. This realignment enhances leadership support, strengthens market alignment between Keene and Walpole, and supports continuity across SBW’s retail network. A Walpole native with experience in both markets, Lisa brings valuable insight and collaboration to her expanded responsibilities.

Pam Lane has been promoted to Branch and Business Development Manager at the West Street branch. Since stepping into management, Pam has distinguished herself through her hands‑on leadership style, strong team coaching, and deep engagement with customers and local organizations. Her promotion reflects SBW’s continued focus on relationship‑driven banking and local business development.

Julia Miramontes is now Branch Services Manager at Marlboro Street. Julia began as a seasonal teller in 2021 and steadily advanced through a series of customer-facing roles. Her confidence, organizational skills, and leadership potential made her a natural fit to lead the branch where her SBW journey began.

Heather Paight is now Branch and Business Development Manager at SBW’s Court Street branch. Heather began her career at SBW in 2016 as a teller and has held roles in customer support, training, and most recently, as Branch Services Manager at Marlboro Street. She brings deep knowledge of banking services and a strong relationship-building approach to her new leadership role.

Heather Scheck has been promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing the West Street, Winchester, and Rindge branches. Heather previously led SBW’s West Street branch—one of the Bank’s busiest locations—and is known for her strong operational leadership, commitment to staff development, and ability to drive process improvements that strengthen branch performance and customer experience.

Robby Smith is now Branch Services Manager at the West Street branch. Since joining SBW three years ago, Robby has built a reputation for thoughtful customer service, strong leadership, and an eagerness to support both customers and colleagues. His focus on training and development continues to be a strong asset to the team.

In their new roles, these team members will continue to advance SBW’s mission through customer-first service, strong leadership, and community engagement.

“The growth and success of our team is a reflection of our culture,” said Dominic Perkins, SVP of Retail Banking. “We’re proud to recognize these individuals for their contributions, and to support their continued development within the Bank.

Together, these individuals, and the colleagues who support them, form a cohesive team that draws on one another’s strengths to deliver personalized service, deepen customer relationships, and uphold SBW’s commitment to community banking.”
