Savings Bank Of Walpole Promotes Christine Greenwood-Smart To Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager

Keene, NH – Savings Bank of Walpole is pleased to announce the promotion of Christine Greenwood-Smart to Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager. In her new role, Christine will lead and grow SBW’s team of Mortgage Loan Officers. She has also joined the Bank’s Senior Leadership Team. 

Christine joined Savings Bank of Walpole in 2011 with the last six years serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role she has developed strong relationships with borrowers, local realtors and our community.

“Christine’s longtime experience at the Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer, her in-depth knowledge of the area and her focus on building relationships in our community, make her the ideal person to lead and grow our mortgage lending team,” says Mark Bodin, President of Savings Bank of Walpole.

“Last year Christine helped 243 customers borrow over $48 million in residential loans, in turn reinforcing the Bank’s focus and commitment to helping more people in our community become homeowners.”

Christine is actively involved in the community and has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce and the Keene Lions Club & Foundation. In the past she served as District Governor for the State of NH Lions Clubs and continues to actively serve at both the local and state level with Lions Clubs International. She is also the current board secretary of MoCo Arts.
