Savings Bank of Walpole’s Christine Greenwood-Smart, Sarah Rosley, and Samantha Monson Recognized as Top Mortgage Loan Originators Statewide and Regionally

Keene, NH – Savings Bank of Walpole’s Christine Greenwood-Smart, Sarah Rosley and Samantha Monson were recently recognized by the Registry Review as Top Mortgage Loan Originators in the state and regionally for 2022.

Each year, the Registry Review publishes data collected by The Warren Group outlining the top loan originators in the state and its regions based on total dollar volume and number of loans closed.

Statewide, Rosley and Monson ranked #3 and #8 respectively on the Top Ten Loan Originator List for number of sales. Rosley also ranked #9 for volume of sales statewide. Regionally, Rosley earned the #1 ranking for both number and volume of sales followed by Greenwood-Smart (#2) and Monson (#3).

SBW Top Loan Originator rankings included:

· Christine Greenwood-Smart, Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales Manager, NMLS #865412 – #3 in number of loans and #3 in volume of loans in the Connecticut Valley.

· Sarah Rosley, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #1722915 – #3 in number of loans statewide; #9 in volume statewide; #1 in both number and volume of loans in the Connecticut Valley.

· Samantha Monson, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #2126877 – #8 in number of loans statewide and #2 in both number and volume of loans in the Connecticut Valley.
