Savings Bank of Walpole will never ask for your account information or passwords via text messages or phone calls, we will not contact you and ask you to log into online banking. Some customers have gotten text messages that look like they are from SBW, claiming an unauthorized purchase was made at a retail store and requesting a reply via text. While our debit card fraud protection will text, call, or email asking if you made a transaction, they will not ask for your account number or ask you to sign into online banking.
