Record-breaking Year for Savings Bank of Walpole, Douglas Cuddle Toys, KNE-FM Good Friends Campaign
Douglas Cuddle Toys and Monadnock Media Group/KNE-FM, along with Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW), helped raise over $45,000 during the 2025 Good Friends campaign which benefited local nonprofits. The Good Friends campaign is an annual tradition that takes place during the holiday season.
Douglas Cuddle Toys donated this past season’s Good Friends, designating “Codie Corgi,” “Baby Bee Hug,” “The Rad Backpack,” and “Soft Bristle Hedgehog” as toy ambassadors. Over 3,900 stuffed animals were sold for $10 each at SBW branches. All proceeds were split equally among three Monadnock Region nonprofit organizations: Feeding Tiny Tummies, The Community Kitchen, and Keene Housing Kids Collaborative.
“These organizations each play a vital role in supporting children and families in our region,” said Danielle Ruffo, Vice President of Community Engagement and Marketing at Savings Bank of Walpole. “The Good Friends campaign is one of our favorite holiday traditions because it reminds us how much good we can accomplish when local businesses, nonprofits, and neighbors come together for our community.”
Douglas Cuddle Toys donates the stuffed toys and Monadnock Media Group and KNE-FM help promote the campaign throughout the region.
