Nicholas Whalen Welcomed as Branch and Business Development Manager
Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is pleased to welcome Nicholas Whalen as Branch and Business Development Manager for its Walpole branches. He joined the Bank on May 11, 2026.
Whalen brings nearly two decades of banking experience and a strong background in customer service, business development, and community engagement. Since beginning his banking career in 2007 in the mortgage industry, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Branch Manager positions. These experiences gave him extensive experience in team leadership, marketing, recruiting, and helping customers and businesses achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining Savings Bank of Walpole, he worked with Citizens Bank in Keene and Community Bank in Brattleboro.

Whalen will oversee the Bank’s Walpole branch locations at North Meadow Plaza and Westminster Street while helping strengthen relationships with local businesses, organizations, and customers.
