Home Equity

Home equity line of credit rate is 3.50% for the first 12 months, then Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal, plus a margin of 0.00%, adjusting monthly, with an assumed credit score of 680. The annual percentage rate will never be lower than 3.99% and will never be higher than 18.00%. The minimum monthly payment will be based on the amount of accrued finance charges. The loan term is 15 years, with the entire balance due at the end of the loan term. The annual percentage rates (APR)* posted are based on a loan amount of $50,000. Home Equity Loan payments do not include taxes or insurance. The borrower is responsible for obtaining and paying for satisfactory homeowners insurance.
