Kathryn Settipane Promoted To AVP, Customer Resource Center Officer For New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp

Keene, NH – Kathryn Settipane has been promoted to AVP, Customer Resource Center Officer for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) at its local Keene, Kit Street office.

Settipane joined Savings Bank of Walpole in 2000 as a teller, after leaving the bank for a period of time she returned in 2019 as Operations Officer.  She was quickly promoted to Customer Resource Officer in 2020 when the Customer Resource Center (CRC) expanded to support customers of Savings Bank of Walpole’s sister banks, Meredith Village Savings Bank and Merrimack County Savings Bank.

In her new position as AVP, Settipane will oversee the CRC with a focus on ensuring all customers experience excellent service and support. This includes inquiries via telephone, email, online banking and bank websites.

Settipane is involved in the local community, currently serving on the board of the Monadnock Humane Society and as an active member of the Monadnock United Way, having recently served as a Loaned Employee. She lives in Swanzey, NH.
