Savings Bank of Walpole Promotes Pam Lane and Heather Paight to Branch Service Manager Positions
Keene — Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is pleased to announce it has promoted Pam Lane and Heather Paight to Branch Services Manager positions.
Pam Lane is the new Branch Services Manager at the Bank’s West Street location and has worked in the banking industry for over 22 years. She joined SBW in 2010 as a Teller and then worked in a myriad of other roles throughout her time, always working with our customers.
As an employee of the Bank since 2016, Heather Paight is the new Branch Services Manager for the Bank’s Marlboro Street location. Heather started her career at SBW as a Saturday Teller and two years later began working in the Bank’s Customer Support department followed by work as a Retail Banker and Retail Trainer, respectively.
As Branch Services Managers for the Bank, Pam and Heather will be responsible for working with our branch staff to meet the needs of our customers, bringing in new business and creating awareness about various banking products.
