Say hello to Manage Cards, the new management tool for your SBW debit card! Manage Cards replaces the MyCardRules™ app and offers the features you’re used to — and more — all within the Savings Bank of Walpole mobile app and online banking.*
With Manage Cards, you will no longer need a separate app to take advantage of debit card alerts and controls. Even better? There are more ways to manage your debit card.
- Set custom controls based on dollar amount, location or proximity to your phone.
- Receive real-time alerts based on your card activity.
- Temporarily freeze or unfreeze your card.
It’s easy to get started — all you need to do is enroll your current SBW debit card to establish your desired alerts and controls.
- Log in to online banking or the SBW app and find Manage Cards in the main menu.
- Select Enroll Cards and follow the prompts to select your card(s), and acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- Designate how you would like to receive alerts – by text message (SMS) or email.
